Our mission is to “empower and positively impact the deaf community” by fostering inclusivity, advocating for equal opportunities, and advancing accessibility. Through innovative initiatives, education, and collaborative partnerships, we strive to break down barriers, promote awareness, and create a world where the unique perspectives and talents of the deaf community are celebrated and embraced.

Our Vision
Historically, the community segment, which deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals populate, has not received the level of attention and resources necessary to enjoy, participate and succeed in the great American dream. While we applaud those, who have led the effort to fully integrate our deaf and hearing-impaired population into the fabric of daily life, much more involvement, action, resources, and contributions are needed from our society. PIC Foundation was established for such a purpose!
Our Endeavor
PIC endeavors to establish a “Resource Center” to provide and prepare individuals with additional educational opportunities, assist with job readiness training, resume writing, employable skill development, computer skill training, and a host of other resources that will help them in becoming a positive and impactful member of their community. We will also provide budget management training, nutritional education, food, and monetary assistance. We are also exploring abilities to offer summer programs, food pantries, transportation services, educational scholarships, etc.
Further, to provide individuals with the skills necessary to live independently and to their most total capability and potential.
